What is the Embed SALES module and what does it do for FEC operators?

SALES is Embed's point-of-sale system built specifically for family entertainment centres and arcades. It manages all revenue transactions in one place—from game card loads and package sales to retail items and food and beverage—with a cloud-based, real-time sync that gives operators full business visibility across every sales touchpoint. KIOSK+ transactions also sync with SALES for a unified POS.

SALES supports a broad range of transaction types including packaged value bundles, guest privileges, time play sessions, retail items, and coupon-based promotions. Operators can split, combine, and apply coupons to tabs, and create customisable upsell workflows—giving staff structured prompts to increase average guest spend at the POS.


What is the Roaming POS and how does it work on the FEC floor?

The Roaming POS is a tablet-based extension of the SALES system that lets staff take the checkout experience directly to guests anywhere in the venue. From the floor, staff can reload game cards, upsell packages and bundles, process food and beverage orders, and make party reservation bookings—without guests needing to return to a fixed counter.


How does the SALES module integrate with BOOKINGS and KIOSK+?

SALES connects directly with both. The BOOKINGS integration enables super-quick event and party check-ins from the POS, reducing wait times during peak periods. The KIOSK+ integration feeds kiosk transaction data into the same unified POS dashboard, so operators have a consolidated view of all staffed and self-service sales activity in real time. Guests can also reserve attraction slots via the BOOKINGS & KIOSK+ integration with three different configurations—Single Session, General Admission, and Play Privilege.


Can the SALES interface be customised to match how my venue operates?
