Playwave® is Embed's contactless technology built into all game cards and wearables. It enables guests to tap and play across every game in the venue — and across multiple locations — without cash or tokens. All media is encrypted for reload security, protecting both guest balances and operator transactions.

Breakaway Game Cards are a hybrid format that functions as both a standard game card and a wearable. Guests simply snap off the removable section of the card, attach it to a strap with a removable toggle, and wear it for hands-free play around the venue. It's designed to reduce the friction of carrying a card while keeping the tap-to-play functionality intact.
