REPORTS is Embed's real-time reporting solution within the TOOLKIT platform. It consolidates operational and financial data from across single or multiple venues into a reporting system, giving you the visibility you need to make informed business decisions without manual data gathering.
How many reports are available in the Embed REPORTS module?
REPORTS includes over 100 pre-built report types, with multiple filters and sorting options to allow operators to slice data by the dimensions most relevant to their business. Reports can be further customised through the Embed CENTRAL REPORTS API, which allows operators to build their own report formats and data visualisations using cloud-stored location data.
Can REPORTS be set up to deliver reports automatically on a schedule?
Yes. REPORTS supports automated scheduling and email delivery of reports, removing the need for manual exports. Reports can be delivered automatically in either .xls or .pdf format, making it straightforward to distribute performance data to managers, owners, or finance teams on a regular cadence.
Does the REPORTS module work across multiple venue locations?
REPORTS is built to aggregate data from a single-location venue for a consolidated view of performance rather than reconciling data manually. For multi-location venues, CENTRAL REPORTS helps operators manage data from one place instead of logging into each location separately.
