Promotion Eligibility

Customers who purchase any smartTOUCH+ Reader Kits or POS Terminal Kits or KIOSK+ are eligible for this promotion.​
Purchase Requirements

The customer will get FREE smartTOUCH+ Reader Kits with the purchase of selected Embed products. The quantity of free kits depends on the product purchased.​

  1. Purchase 45 smartTOUCH+ Reader Kits at full price and get 15 FREE smartTOUCH+ Reader Kits (save $3,735).
  2. Purchase 75 smartTOUCH+ Reader Kits at full price and get 25 FREE smartTOUCH+ Reader Kits (save $6,225).​
  3. Purchase the Embed POS Terminal Kit (with integrated printer) at full price and get 4 FREE smartTOUCH+ Reader Kits (save $996).​
  4. Purchase the Embed POS Terminal Kit (without printer) at full price and get 3 FREE smartTOUCH+ Reader Kits (save $747).​
  5. Purchase the Embed KIOSK+ at full price and get 10 FREE smartTOUCH+ Reader Kits (save $2,490).​
Maximum Order Limit Each customer may purchase up to three (3) units under each of the 5 categories listed under Purchase Requirements.
Promotion Period This promotion is valid for customers with signed Embed quotations by April 10, 2026, 3 PM CT only.
Other Conditions
  1. This promotion cannot be combined with any other Embed discounts, special pricing offers, or blanket purchase orders.
  2. A 10% deposit must be received by April 30, 2026, 11:59 PM CT.​
  3. Customers must allow Embed to ship the equipment by September 30, 11:59PM CT or the 10% deposit will be forfeited.​
  4. Helix Leisure USA, Inc. reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.​

Promotion Eligibility

This promotion applies to:​

  1. All card orders must be placed exclusively through the Embed Media eSHOP at http://www.shopembed.com/. Manual card orders are not eligible for this promotion.

  2. Manual orders are allowed only for wearables not yet available on the eSHOP, requiring a signed official Embed quotation and payment details sent to cards@embedcard.com. ​

​This promotion is available exclusively to customers based in the Americas.

Embed Media Purchase Type Requirements

The 500 free Embed media will match the product type and design of the items purchased:​

​a. Game Cards – All card types​

​b. Wristbands – Choose from:​
 • Off-the-Shelf Tyvek Wristbands: CTW-002​
 • Custom Tyvek Wristbands: CTW-009​
 • Custom Woven Elastic Wristbands: CTM-003 (Men’s), CTM-004 (Women’s), CTM-017 (Kids)​​

For orders with multiple designs, the free items will apply to one design only.
Maximum Order Limit This offer applies to orders of up to a maximum of 500,000 game cards or wristbands only.
Promotion Period This promotion is valid until April 17, 2026, 11:59 PM (CT) only.
Delivery Date

Custom and made-to-order items require a six-week production lead time from approval of the digital proof.

  2. Customers must take possession of the purchased cards by July 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM (CT).​
