Customers who purchase any smartTOUCH+ Reader Kits, Embed Card System Server, POS Terminal Kit, or KIOSK+ are eligible for this promotion.​
Purchase Requirements

The customer will get FREE smartTOUCH+ Reader Kits with the purchase of selected Embed products. The quantity of free kits depends on the product purchased.​

  1. Purchase 45 smartTOUCH+ Reader Kits at full price and get 15 FREE smartTOUCH+ Reader Kits (save $3,735).
  2. Purchase 75 smartTOUCH+ Reader Kits at full price and get 25 FREE smartTOUCH+ Reader Kits (save $6,225).​
  3. Purchase the COM-801 Embed Card System - Starter Server at full price and get 15 smartTOUCH+ Reader Kits (save $3,735). The Starter Server is optimized for operations supporting fewer than 60 total readers.
  4. Purchase the COM-803 Embed Card System - Standard Server at full price and get 20 smartTOUCH+ Reader Kits (save $4,980). The Standard Server is optimized for operations supporting between 60 and 250  total readers.
  5. Purchase the COM-813 Embed Card System - Pro Server at full price and get 20 smartTOUCH+ Reader Kits (save $4,980). The Pro Server is optimized for operations supporting between 250 and 500  total readers.
  6. Purchase the Embed POS Terminal Kit (with integrated printer) at full price and get 4 FREE smartTOUCH+ Reader Kits (save $996).​

Maximum Order Limit Each customer may purchase up to three (3) units under each of the 8 categories listed under Purchase Requirements.
Promotion Period This promotion is valid for customers with signed Embed quotations by July 15, 2026, 3 PM CT only.
Other Conditions
  1. This promotion cannot be combined with any other Embed discounts, special pricing offers, or blanket purchase orders.
  2. A 10% deposit must be received by July 31, 2026, 11:59 PM CT.​
  3. Customers must allow Embed to ship the equipment by December 16, 11:59PM CT or the 10% deposit will be forfeited.​
  4. Helix Leisure USA, Inc. reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.​
  5. All decisions made by Helix Leisure USA, Inc. in relation to this promotion are final.
