How much does the arcade card system cost?

Can I keep tickets but replace tokens ?

Our arcade card system supports a hybrid system of physical and e-tickets, which is a strategic way to fully transition to a paperless and cashless system.

We also have a kiosk that can take old tokens in exchange for credits, freeing up your staff.


How long does it take to install?

Actual installation typically takes between 3 to 5 working days to replace an existing system. A fresh install takes about 2 to 3 days on-site. Dependent factors include how much manpower you have, how many readers we are installing. This does not include pre-installation work like database preparation, and software configuration.


I'm not really a tech savvy person, how easy is it to setup and use?

Setting up is a guided process with our sales and installation team. The arcade debit card system is intuitive and we also provide training in the onboarding process of any new customer.
